Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plugstash ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including organization administrators, members, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Plugstash is an internal marketplace platform for teams to share, discover, and manage Claude Code skills, agents, plugins, and knowledge base articles. The Platform is provided as a multi-tenant service where each organization has its own isolated workspace.

3. Accounts and Access

3.1 Registration

You may create an account using GitHub OAuth or email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Organization Membership

Access to organization workspaces is controlled by organization administrators. You may be invited to join organizations or create your own. Your access may be revoked by organization administrators at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including items, articles, comments, reviews, and ratings. By submitting content, you grant your organization and the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the Platform.

4.2 Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

  • Does not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Does not contain malicious code, security vulnerabilities, or harmful material
  • Complies with your organization's policies and applicable laws
  • Is accurate and not misleading

4.3 Review Process

Items submitted to the marketplace are subject to review by organization administrators before being published. The Platform and organization administrators reserve the right to remove or reject any content that violates these Terms or organization policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by the Platform operator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. For enterprise customers, data processing terms are available in our Data Processing Agreement.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
